Anthony Damaschino is the author of The Empty Nest Blueprint books and the co-host of the popular podcast, Dawnversations with Anthony. His passion for what he calls “the most underrated phase in a parent’s life” led him to create a guide for all future and current Empty Nesters to embrace. Damaschino draws on current research, practical advice, and the personal experience of both single and married parents. His books help Empty Nesters navigate the complexities of their future and midlife relationships.

In addition to his writing and podcasting, Anthony is a sought-after speaker, inspiring audiences to reimagine midlife as a time of growth, self-discovery, and connection. He shares his insights on transitioning parent-child relationships, thriving in the Empty Nest phase, and finding fulfillment in this new chapter of life.

Anthony and his wife, both California Bay Area natives, have successfully launched their three children into the world, navigating the transition from parent-child to parent-adult relationships. Anthony holds a BS in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MS in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. He considers himself not just an author but a recovering HR Executive, bringing a unique perspective to his work.

When he’s not at his local library writing about parenting, personal development, and all things Empty Nest, Anthony can be found out in nature, impersonating an accomplished hiker. He is constantly adding to his ever-growing bucket list, and his mission is to empower others to do the same.
